Coming Alive

Time for some crazy recognition for Jason Bunch.  God brought this guy here to The Patio a few months ago as a HUGE answer to prayer.  We went into this summer having no clue what we were going to do for a worship leader (er, cultivator), but we leave summer with the best guy possible!

Today was our first Sunday with some music.  Our concern from the beginning was that we WOULD NOT do something cheesy.  I have sat in too many small groups where there was some of the most awkward singing ever.  Worship to God…but painful for me (don’t pretend you have no idea what I’m talking about!).  Anyway, the moment Jason began to play today I realized that we have nothing to worry about.  Its tough to lead music for a small group of people, but man today was great! 

Not only was it intensely powerful, but it set up the Bible study perfectly.  Thanks Jason, you rock!
