One month old
July 17, 2007 at 3:47 pm | In Parenting | 1 CommentNolan turned one month old yesterday! Are you kidding me?! It seriously feels like 9 days. Just a minute ago he was laying on the couch screaming so loud. I laid down beside him and hugged him really tight and he got quiet. Looking at him from 6 inches away watching the faces he makes is hilarious and heartwarming. Some (small) part of me even likes it when he cries!
Kristan and Nolan just left and I am here by myself. Its pouring down rain. The moment they pulled away I started praying that they would be ok. 16 years from now I am going to be a wreck when that kid starts driving.
Anyway, there will probably be a lot of blogging the next couple of days as I am alone with my thoughts. Maybe it will turn out that I don’t have as many thoughts as you might think.

I pray for you and Kristen and Nolan! I miss the times there at Counter Culture, but they continue to affect the person I am and are reminders of God’s work in my life.
